[CTPP News] 2017-2021 Data Available Now!

Hello All, I am very excited to share that the 2017-2021 CTPP data is officially available on the data portal<https://ctppdata.transportation.org/#/index>ex>. The "Resources" menu on the data portal has several resources to help users navigate the software and data.
