It currently shows the 2010 Census geographic boundaries and features. KML File Prototypes - 2010 Census counties and census tract KML files are now available. These are prototype KML files released to gather input from our customers about future KML files. We are soliciting feedback on the type of layers and attributes that should be released in future KML products. We hope to add KML files to our suite of mapping related files in 2012. These files had been previously only been available on CD-Rom. These are the original 1992 TIGER/Line files from the CDs that have been zipped into county packages and posted to the ftp site. We cannot provide technical support for using or converting these files into other formats as most of the staff who worked on these files are no longer working with us.
